Mood Swings, Confusion.

I've been having lots of mood swings, difficulty in decision making and confusion while going forward. As per my understanding I'm suffering from Cushing's Syndrome i.e. High level of Cortisols. I want to know if i can cure it naturally or it's already into an advanced stage and need proper medication.
