Hi,usually periods stops after Concepción. In some conditions it may not stop for initial 3 to 5 months and reason is not known.In some conditions like placenta previa and threatened abortion, missed abortion as well placental separation bleeding do take place, but it is not of cyclic nature, it is irregular.
