There are tiny bumps on my face which have been diagnosed as molluscum contagiousm papules. I've not found them anywhere else on my body except my face. Doctor has suggested me to get them removed. Will it lead to scarring? Old ones have disappeared on their own, but I can see new ones coming up. I don't have any issues except that it has affected my confidence. Is there any way to make them go away or stop them from spreading? I am not sure from where I've got it.
