Hi, i have changed city recently. Got many small dots on face. When consulted doctors got to know abt molluscum. Advicing for removing it either by laser or some procedure. Which can leave mark on my face. Please help me with medicine

Thanks fr the query.If the molloecum contagiosum are small or which are not inefcted you can get it remived by electrocautery or just simple extirpation.If you use antibiotic cream after procedure and sunprotection generally there wont be any scars or pigmentation.
