Hi! You could remove the larger moles present in cosmetically more significant sites. The modality of removal will depend upon the size and depth of the moles. Deeper, larger ones require excision to permanently get rid of it. Smaller ones could be treated with lasers,ablation or cryotherapy. Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent new ones from coming.
