Hi I am experiencing 3pericular problems 1. Moles/ pimples on the penis and scrotam which opens up the pus and blood. 2. White flaky and itchy patches on the scrotam. 3. Red coloured small tissue(itchy) in the inner thigh, right next to the scrotam

Hello..... You are having fungal infection... Maintain private parts dry and clean ..bath daily, don't sleep with soaked underwater ,use antifungal dusting powder .. You can apply ointment also .. Apply it in night wash in morning .. If all these doesn't work you may need to take tablets ,consult dermatologist
