Have a mole on my nose, at the tip of it. Previously it used to be flat or I can say less visible. But recently the mole rose a bit from the surface and is visible more clearly. Is there any possibility of removing the mole without scarring the face?

Greetings. I think it's better you get it removed and send it for biopsy. You'd better get it done at the earliest by a qualified dermatologist / dermatosurgeon near you. There would  be a small scar but definitely much thinner  than the mole and a linear one. Hope this helps. Warm regards
