MMRV, Hepatitis B, TB antibody test

I want to know, should I consult General Physician or Pediatrician for showing the results of MMRV, Hepatitis B, TB antibody test results. These tests, I have to submit to my college for my Masters. Also, the below result of Quantiferon gold TB test is positive or negative? If any doctors can suggest something, it will be great help.

U can consult both pediatrician or physician but as ur age is more then 19 better to consult physician.
