My son 4 year old, vomited 2 times ,not taking food properly,lack of sleep,feeling weak,higher heart beat after 2 days of mmr and chickenpox vaccination. Is it normal?

Hello, see if there is any local reaction for vaccination ,Usually vaccines are harmless and they don't cause reaction after two days of days , he might be having viral infection, give him non oily ,non spicy food item,give him enough water ,take him to nearest hospital ,consult pediatrician.............
