I saw in the deccan chronical article , stemcell therapy is available, can yo people do stemcell therapy with wisdom tooth, if it is possible how much will be the cost per tooth..???
Hi..stem cells are commonly extracted and preserved from placenta after delivery. However now in dentistry also in has huge scope. Stem cells are either extracted from milk tooth or wisdom tooth. But, tooth should be healthy, free of cavity and infection. Stem cells from tooth are usually preserved for 15-20 years. There are different companies for this in India. Costs usually 60k- 1lac based on company. More Information available about this online.

Though milk teeth are preferred even stem cells can b extracted from wisdom tooth.there are banks who store stem cells they charge around 20-60k for 15yrs..But stem cell therapy are still in research stages only. .
If u want to save contact a dentist and he will Co ordinate with that bank and they will be collecting the extracted tooth immediately
