Hi I had pcod problem..and dermoids in both my ovaries...i had laparoscopy for dermoids...I missed my periods from Nov...pregnancy results are negative...in scanning report was..free fluid in pod and uterus wall is thin...is there any chance of conciving...

With pcod, if u have irregular cycles then conception may require some help .. As of now..this cycle may be delayed due to d surgery and d stress associated with it ..if the surgery was done in this past 3months.. Since pregnancy test is negative..it is better to get withdrawal bleeding by taking progesterone..

pls meet d gynecologist who did it procedure and get medications for getting ur periods..
