I've missed my period for three, nearly four months and I've started getting cramps recently. I know I'm not pregnant aswell

If pregnancy test is Negative,u would need other tests to see for the cause of missing periods like Thyroidprolactin and pcos .if you are able to visit us at the clinic we can help u in all of these.
