I have missed my periods for three months in a row.I was really stressed in a couple of months and had to travel a lot .I have been putting on weight because of hormonal imbalance.I have currently experienced blood like periods in my urine could you please help

We need to see Ur Along with other test reports like Thyroid and other harmones to clear doubts on any PCOs or any other pathology or a miscarriage if u were sexually active ,u may get back to us for further advice on this if needed.
