I had sex during which I was also on amycordial tablets.. Does amycordial helps in getting pregnant or is it just for regularizing periods?

Amycordil is an Ayurvedic preparation and a neutraceutic. It's for general well being. Usually these medicines are not backed by research. It will not prevent pregnancy. But if you start getting regular periods, that will definitely up your chances
