Missed period with negative pregnancy

I'm 30 yr old.. missed periods and have taken a test in Lab(urine test -HCG) result is negative.. still any chance of pregnancy?? Its already 10 days late of my periods..Plz suggest me

There are very less chance sod pregnancy. Since you have waited for 10 days over the expected periods date. Most of the times urine pregnancy test kit if done correctly shows correct results. Consult gynecologist
