After 24th November I haven't got my periods. We had protected intercourse on 13th December. I have taken prega news test on 2nd Feb . It showed negative result. What's the reason of missing period.

Do a repeat urine pregnancy test or a beta hcg blood test. Causes of delayed periods can be pcos , thyroid disorders , hormonal imbalance  , ovarian cysts etc. An ultrasound s next investigation of choice to know the cause
