Havent had a period since 6th of Sep done pregnancy tests all negative yesterday 18th of nov a had slight spot bleeding,

Get ur Ultrasound done lower abdomen to see for any underlying issues , along with thyroid checked ,get back to us with the reports for further advice on this.
