Missed period, negative pregnancy test

We are trying to get pregnant. My period is late by 5 days, i took home pregnancy strip test and that came negative twice. I have white vaginal discharge and it burns sometimes. Im always fatigued, slight lower back pain and frustrated most of the time. Plz guide me on what to do.
