My last period was on 21 jan 2021 . I had protected sex on 6 feb after  two of it i took ipill . I got bleeding for 4 days on 22 feb (not sure whether it is period or not ) since then it is 27 March i didn't got my period and i took several home pregnancy test all were negative . And now my period is missed and i have nausea and dizziness . What should i do ?
