I missed my periods it was on 15 th already 10days over on 8th day I checked with pregnancy test it came negative what should I do usually when we come to about pregnancy pls confirm I am scared

Your pregnancy test is negative still doubt then confirm by Bhcg,if it is also coming negative then contact to doctor take tablet for withdrawal and plan for next month.
