  4. Missed period. Also. pls advise!

Hi doc My last period date was apr 25 th.Usually for me it will come 3 to 4 days prior and also muscle pain and all will start. I am really worried about pregnancy. I am a breastfeeding mom too and not mentally prepared for a second one.In this lockdown i cant go to a hospital also.pls advise
