Hello Doctor... I need your help and guidance. This month I have missed my period (menstrual cycle) ... Although there has been a pain / cramping in my lower abdomen... But still no sign of the period. Please suggest..

Do a urine pregnancy test to clear doubts on pregnancy and revert back to us for further advice on this.
