Missed period for 2 months

I have missed my periods for almost 2 months. My last period date was July 2nd and still i didn't get my period. when i tested for pregnancy it is negative. I have tested it for twice. I am feeling fullness in my stomach and no other symptoms.

Get USG lower abdomen done because periods may be delayed due to various reasons
