Dear Nidhi Sharma Mam, I take last medicine ( Meprate) June 26 . till Date not getting period mam. This is first time issue that's why mam . Plz suggests me.

Okay Take Tablet Novelon once a day for 21 days at bedtime. You will get your periods after you stop taking Novelon after 7 days

Sometimes estrogen combination is required to get periods as Meprate alone doesn’t work if endometrium is very thin
Health Tips
Take a boiled egg daily Sleep with light off for two hours in afternoon and for eight hours at bedtime Drink plenty of water and fruits juice
