My wife has missed period for 2days now. Her periods are usually regular 28 days. But today is 30th day.  Her body temperature is higher than usual. Could she be pregnant?

It’s too early to say anything but urinalysis for pregnancy is recommended. Some stress or worry can lead it. So wait for few days and consulting to gynaecologist is advisable.
