My sister missed her menstruate how does it caused what is the reason for the missing her period. She have test the pregnancy . results of pregnancy test was negative.

the main reasons for missing a periods other than pregnancy is anovulation..if she hasnt ovulated then she may miss her periods..and then stress is other factor which may cause it
