I have missed my cycles and I am unmarried and had no relations. I had a dental treatment a month ago and that time also I had my cycles fprm1 day only.

Get done ultrasonography to know the exact status of ovaries.Also get done TSH level.Both are normal contact to gynaecologist and take her opinion.
