Hi..... I am 34yrs old.. I had multiple fibroid's & they removed all fibroids through laparoscopic myomectomy. After 4 months I become pregnant.. I was very happy...but unfortunately at 9 weeks of pregnancy the scan report shown no fetal pole.....later I terminated..... could u pls tell me why this happened? Wat should I do for next pregnancy?
