Hello, my wife just had a miss carriage/ miss abortion. How long we should wait before planning for another pregnancy? Also what is the best time for getting period? Is it 10 days after the period?

Hello, I went through your query, did she got any ultrasound abdomen scan after the miscarriage to confirm, all the products of conception expelled completely. If not get one now. If it is complete expulsion, wait for another 8 weeks for her recovery(if no complications) . Sexual intercourse 2days before ovulation (14th day of her regular menstrual cycle) on the day of ovulation and a day after ovulation increase chances of conception.
