I hope you are under care of a gynecologist. If not rush to one immediately. The doctor will examine you and if required do a sonography to see whether the embryo is there in the uterus or has been expelled in the clots.
At 4 weeks the embryo is very small, but the covering of the sac containing it is bigger, hence the embryo may be expelled and the sac may remain. So it may need treatment like admission, a curettage to remove this sac.
If the sonography shows your pregnancy is fine, you are having threatened abortion and may need injections, tablets and bed rest to help the baby grow, till 3 months are over.
