I was pregnang and usg was showhing 6.3 weeks with fatal bradycardia after that started spotting so my gynec prescribed maintain 500 injection but on the next day heavy bleeding started and gynec prescribed me Zitotec 200 (4-tabs) on first day and (2-tabs) on second day now usg is showing empty uterine cavity so do I need to visit the clinic again for any other treatment

Ya you should visit the gynaecologist for further details.You should take antibiotics.No pregnancy plan for 3 months.continue the folic acid .Some investigation you have to get done for cause of abortion.
