Hi mam im uma. I got  spontaneous  miscarriage at 5th month ending,  date:               (02-oct-2019) because of short cervix. Up to now almost 7 months completed. Now we are thinking about next pregnancy. So here my doubt is shall i proceed for pregnancy plan or before that ill go for any scanning is required. And what steps taking care by me.

Try naturally for pregnancy, continue folic acid... Second trimester abortion or short cervical length should be treated with hormonal support medicines and cervical stitch around 16~22weeks....
