Hello dr I was pregnant with 6week according to LMP.My beta hcg was 1193.after 72 hours it drops to 1079 and  again after 48 hours it drops to 985. There was no sac seen in uterus or ovary or tube according to sonography. DOCTOR called it's failing pregnancy. I had ultrasound tvs 2times but nothing seen. In last ultrasound there was a drop on blood on probe and then next day I start bleeding. One day bleeding was normal and i passed a clot after that I am having minimal bleeding or spoting only. Is it complete miscarriage or I should bleed more. What to do next Thanks
