Can misaligned eyes from birth with a lazy eye( vision 6/9) and 6/6 in normal eye with specs be corrected at this age. Attached photograph of eyes.

Lazy eye means ambyopic eye vision will remain same even after using spectacles at this age. It would have been corrected before age  approximately 10 years .

You're vision is pretty good . Continue using glasses. Deviated eye can be corrected surgically. Consult local squint specialist for further evaluation and management.
