When i study and take notes in class during seeing black board i get some blurred vision very less,and feels some kind of strain in eyes

You may be suffering from refractive error , you should consult ophthmologist for refraction & if prescribed any glass you should wear & you should also use Refresh liquigel eye drops 4-5 times because it may be due to dryness.
