Im just on 2% minoxidil Im and im having heart palpitation (heart beating loud and a lil faster) most of the day along with little pain in my chest, i only use around 0.5 ml twice a day on my patchy beard will the side effects wear off or should i stop? How to reduced in heart palpation

Stop using it. It will cause decrease in blood pressure and cause palpitations.
