Tremors can be due to various reasons like anxiety, stress, low sugar levels, thyroid abnormalities and neurological reasons etc..so you need to undergo some blood tests and neurological examination.. Consult a neurologist and follow his advice

Hello there...., Some of the important causes of childhood tremors include: Hyperthyroidism, Spinocerebellar ataxia, Benign essential tremor, Familial tremor, Fatigue, Severe stress, Tourette syndrome.... Malnourishment, skipped meals and simple hunger can all cause low blood sugar. When the blood sugar remains low, children will experience tremors in their hands.... All the above causes should be ruled out... Kindly consult Pediatrician....
