At 6week pregnancy I got aborted with Misoprostol heavy bleeding with clots was over after 10days scan showed minimal rpoc near fundus again I took Misoprostol 200mcg 2times for 3days no bleeding after this 3days started bleeding with abdominal pain for one time in a day till 1week again scanning was done again no change same reports my Gynecologist said if bleeding continues take pause tablet for 5days even though doesn't stop will see further if it stops no proper medication is required as she said. Minimal rpoc near fundus will go off with next period or else. D &C is compulsory needed please suggest as it affects future pregnancy or not
