Minimal mucosal thickening

Hello sir/ma'am i did CT PNS.it shows that i have "Minimal mucosal thickning in right maxillary sinus with patent bilateral OMC".i consulted an ENT doctor but i dont think that he had given me a proper treatment for this.my problem isnt solved after his treatment.i had post nasal drip because of this problem.can you please tell me a good medicines for this?and can you please tell me that is it normal? If normal then why it is irritating me? And what is proper treatment for this?all of my reports are normal.

Minimal mucosal thickening is quite common and usually doesn't pose any problem. But since u r having postnasal drip, I would suggest u to try Alkaline nasal douching to get relief. And also if u have gastritis kindly get treated for it.
