Minimal free fluid in pod n bulky uterus

I am having pain in lower abdomen and scanty periods from past few months so did sonography and it says Bulky uterus with altered echo texture with minimal free fluid in POD.. the sonography was done just 1 day before my periods started. I have regular 28days cycle.
