Minimal destended urinary bladder

Hi doctor My son 4 months old has weak stream of urine. Doctor recommend MCU x-ray. But on advice from another doctor we have done ultra sound scan. The results of ultra sound says minimal distended urinary bladder. Is further MCU x-ray required? Also we are planning for circumcision in few days.
