Minimal bilateral pleural effusion due to acute pancreatitis and gallstone, can be cured? We have started the treatment.

It can be definitely cured. Pleural effusion is not the bigger issue. You need treatment for pancreatitis first and then the gallstones which could be the cause of pancreatitis. Consult a surgical Gastroenterologist for getting the proper treatment.
