Hi I am 32 yrs old I had diarrhea 12 times and upper abdomen cramps 2 days back and was admitted after a days I am on oral antibiotics as I complained abdomen discomfort always doc told to do ultrasound ,which highlights minimal ascites pls help me knowing what is this once I google it scares me .attaching reports

Hello mam.. This minimal ascites can be due to infective pathology. And in case of female minimal fluid in pod is mainly due to pelvic inflammatory disease which present as white discharge per vaginum...
