I over think like if i make any mistake it s the end of all and I have anxiety and mind fuzziness come and go gum sometimes bleed ,muscle twitching I had feelings of shock and almost fainting while I m a sleep or laid dawn sometimes headaches often sometimes have diarrhea and numbness in limbs happens a lot

It is a sign of low confidence and anxiety disorder you should feel confident and believe in self.. you have to talk to two more people and discussed only interesting things Be open Tu talk accept criticism don't feel repentant
