Millia outbreak in adult

Adult millia not going away on its own, has been spreading since half an year. Please advice on the same, affected areas are under both eyes and nose.

Need to confirm whether it is milia as many other conditions can mimick it..kindly visit a dermatologist for furthur management..take care..please don't self medicate..
