Hii sir... I had sex 2 days back n immediately the next day in morning I started feeling burning sensation while urination also some yellow milky substance start foaming on my penis every few mins which makes my underwear wet .. I never experienced this before ever in my life also my penis pains n there is a sweelin on tip of it... I m very worried... Kindly help...kindly suggest some medicine ... I never experienced this before... Sending u image if milky substance n penis...
