Milk spitting through nose

My one and a half months old baby spills milk through her nose all the time. Her nose also remains blocked. Please suggest what to do.

It is  gastro esophageal reflux, Do proper burping after the feed for atleast 10 to 15 mins. If the baby is passing urine atleast 5 times a day and proper weight gain no need to worry

Burp well for 15 minutes after each and every feed so regurgitation will be reduced... Use nasal saline drops for nasal block... Hope vomit is milky colour...

Feed the baby on demand, do not over feed. After feeding, burp the baby for 15-20 min

Child is having regurgitation of feeds and importance of proper burping with adequate time and Position cannot be over emphasized more. But if it falls to yield desired effect, consult Pediatrician for better outcome.

15mins burping required regardless of how many burps child does in due time. normal saline nasal drops for blocked nose to be given.
