I am 25 yrs old unmarried. Since last few months i noticed that milk like substances flows out from my both nipple when pressed. What shd I do now?

It could be due to hormonal imbalance. Get yourself examined by a gynaecologist. A serum TSH , prolactin and vitamin d levels are initial first Choice of investigations
