Loss of normal Central t2 hyperintensities noted at c2_c6 level disc desication changes. There is mild diffuse noted at c4_c5 and c5-c6 indenting on anterior thecal sac and narrowing bilateral neuronal foramina with no nerve root compression

A case of early cervical spondylosis. Nothing to worry. Wear soft cervical collar. Do cervical muscle strengthening exercises. Avoid neck strain.
