Mild ptiosis

My left eye have mild ptosis...bt notice some tym not every time.some tym it look small otherwise not.....i m not in favour of sugery because there is no vision problem in my left eye my vision is clear  i wnt suggestions regarding surgey is its necessary to operate this or not or in future eye may create any problems plzz help me My eye pics and last eye check up report

Its not much and if you don't have any vision problem then you can avoid the surgery. Just start using a specs ,that will help you to partially hide your problem cosmetically.

Hello If your vision is normal and there is no chin elevation and cosmesis is no issue then you can avoid surgery

Hello, Do consult an oculoplasty specialist for ptosis ,to understand the cause of ptosis and other relevant details. Ptosis correction surgery can be opted for cosmesis. If cosmesis is not a concern,you can wait and observe .. if ptosis worsens ,can opt for surgery then. Do continue using the glasses.
